Overview
Description: During this project, you will learn about the history of puppets, from their origin over 3000 years ago to today. You will also learn about various types of puppets, write a short play, and make a rod puppet using makerspace equipment.
Standards: This project applies to a wide variety of subject areas and aligns to Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts, International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards, Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, Florida CPALMS Standards, and Ohio Fine Arts Standards for third grade through fifth grade.
