Overview
Description: During this project, you will learn about the importance of perseverance and making mistakes. You will read a book about learning from mistakes and write a reflection about a mistake they have made. Then, you will create a laser cut “makerspace mistake” box to store their makerspace mishaps. This project is an excellent beginner project for students who are new to the makerspace environment. This project includes two lessons: Learning from Mistakes and Laser Cut Makerspace Mistake Boxes. This project takes approximately one hour to complete.
Standards: This project aligns to Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts for kindergarten through second grade.
