Overview
Description: In this project, you will learn about self-talk, the difference between positive and negative self-talk, and the impact it has on us. You will also identify different feelings they experience while working in the makerspace and how to process those feelings in a productive way. You will work independently to complete a Self-Talk worksheet, then break into small groups to make a “Fab Feelings…” poster utilizing a vinyl cutter or a laser cutter/engraver. Then, you will present your posters and display them around the room. This project includes three lessons: Introduction to Self-Talk, Fab Feelings Poster Design, and Poster Creation. This project takes approximately three hours to complete.
