Overview
Description: During this project, students choose a book they have read recently and produce a book report in the form of a board game. They use makerspace equipment to create the components of the board game then play them together. This project includes four lessons: Board Game Planning, Board Game Design, Board Game Production and Share & Play! This project takes approximately four hours to complete.
Standards: This project aligns to Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts, International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards, Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, and Florida CPALMS Standards for third grade through fifth grade.
